John Kenny is a Manchester-born
photographer with a love for Africa and for simple, striking
compositions. John's work of the last 3 years with remote African
societies - in 'Sub Saharan Journeys' - reflects a deeply held passion
to capture the beauty of this majestic continent and it's people.
John's beautiful, naturally illuminated images of his subjects have
been featured in the mainstream press (The Times, Telegraph, Conde
Nast) and regularly showcased in the photographic and creative arts
press. John's photographs are also regularly exhibited in London and at
major European art fairs (Paris, Amsterdam, etc.)
John says of 'Sub-Saharan
Journeys', 'I want to share with people, in the best way that I can
convey, the incredible cultures that are surviving in Africa as we
reach the third millenium. Africa will continue to be an ongoing
passion for me as there are still so many pockets of beauty that I have
yet to see, and I will always remain drawn to the warmth and radiance
of its people.'
